Torn!!
After many weeks of research, I still am at square one with adoption! There are sooo many countries to choose from, sooo many children in need of loving parents. Which country should we choose?? I'm leaning towards Eithopia and Haiti... but how do we decide which country?? Auuuughhh!!! why can't this decision be easy??

i can only say we've adopted 3 from haiti & would highly recommend it - we used reach out to haiti/barbara walker, but she'll ONLY adopt to christian families (don't know you, so i can't 'guess') - she's VERY quick & VERY reasonible - she's $7050 (on the haitian side & that's paide 1/2 when you turn in your dossier & 1/2 when you get out of IBESR) + you'd have your stateside fees (ie: HS, INS, etc., but you'd have that with any agency you'd choose) - she charges only $5 per day from the day you commit to your child, until the day they leave haiti, but you only pay that monthly & that's less than anyone else in haiti - she's the only agency in haiti that will escort children home & not require you to come although she's also one of the only agencies that allows UNPLANNED visits (even when you pop in!) - if she escorts, you'd only pay her RT ticket & the child's 1 way (if the child's under 2, they fly free!) - in 2003, from turning in kiara's dossier to her coming home was 6m - in 2004, from turning in karleigh's dossier to her coming home was 3m - in 2005, from turning in ruby's dossier to her coming home was 10m (would've been quicker, but the passport office made her a MALE 2 times before making a correct FEMALE passport!) - any questions or just wanna chat, email me at ChatterboxLS@aol.com or 317.770.9032 - you can check our blog at http://fromourbunchtoyours.blogspot.com/
