Although I am still researching I am leaning more towards Ethiopia than Liberia. In communications with Buckner, I was able to obtain a book list of various adoption books (I have ordered like 7 books). The first step is to pick an adoption study agency and then proceed with the adoption study. I have an adoption study agency (Oasis) in mind, however just need hubby's go ahead (and the money) to get started. Thus as I wait, I will try to squeeze in one of the adoption books as begin studying for the Certified Associate Project Manager's exam which I have to take by next Sept.
